Pre-Construction Protection
Haknusa’s Pre-Construction program integrates DuoShield™ directly into the building process to secure your property from the foundation upward. The Sub-Soil Layer is formed through pre-slab ground injection, creating a continuous underground protective zone before concrete is poured. The Surface Layer is then applied to frames, ceilings, joints, and other structural elements to prevent early intrusion and secondary attack.
Hakpipe® is installed during construction as a long-term refill system, allowing future applications without drilling the finished flooring. Clients receive parallel progress updates throughout the build, ensuring full transparency.

Post-Construction Protection
Haknusa’s Post-Construction program brings DuoShield™ protection to completed homes, offering both corrective treatment and long-term reinforcement.
The Sub-Soil Layer is created using two methods: refilling through an existing Hakpipe® network—if installed during earlier construction stages or forming the barrier through a drill-and-inject process for buildings without Hakpipe®. The Surface Layer is applied to active or high-risk structural points such as frames, ceilings, gypsum boards, service penetrations, and wooden components to eliminate current activity and block future entry routes. The service includes detailed inspections, activity mapping, and complete before–after documentation.

Termite Baiting Station
Haknusa offers baiting stations as an optional add-on for specific situations. Outdoor stations function mainly as monitoring tools for garden areas or wider landscapes, helping detect possible termite presence around the property. Indoor baiting used only when required in locations such as penthouses, high-rise floors, or office towers serves as a localized control method when standard soil treatments cannot be applied.
This method is generally slower and less comprehensive compared to full protection systems, and is recommended only when ground access is restricted. Most homes and landed properties will achieve far better, long-term protection through our Pre-Construction or Post-Construction programs.
