1. Sub-Soil Layer — The Invisible Underground Barrier
The first layer works beneath the surface, creating a protective zone undetectable to termites.
As they pass through, microscopic particles adhere to their bodies and are carried back to the nest. Within the colony, this effect spreads quietly from termite to termite, eventually reaching the queen and eliminating the entire population at its source.
This process happens naturally and invisibly — less odor, without disturbance, without repellent.
2. Surface Layer — Structural Defense for Critical Areas

In the early-2000s, our founder introduced Indonesia’s first-ever piping system for termite control during pre-construction. While not patented, this innovation rapidly became the de facto standard across the industry.

A discreet network of pipes is installed beneath the foundation during construction. Termiticides can be injected directly through these pipes, forming a long-lasting chemical barrier that protects the structure from subterranean termites—without drilling or disturbing the building above.
